"Very nice family run hotel. We found the staff very nice and helpful. The wonderful lady at the front desk switched our room and gave us a late checkout which was very helpful since we’d been traveling a lot and were weary. I sense that as a family run establishment they are trying very hard but the property is large and they have a lot to do. Breakfast was adequate served in a very large room with 8-top tables only. Overall we found the hotel clean and functional with a very nice pool."

"We have stayed here twice over the past 4 years. The rooms are cozy and clean and comfortable. The bed was good as well as the pillows. The location is great, not far from downtown Whitehall and walking distance to restaurants. Only 2 items we had: 2 towels for 2 people for two days. The air con started to blow only hot air and would stop when the temp was raised 2 degrees. I lowered the temp 10 degrees and still hot air. I then turned it off for an hour and restarted and it was cold again. Otherwise it was a great stay!"

"The house was perfect for our large crowd and like a mini hotel! Overall, the house itself was clean inside but the outside is in desperate need of some TLC (weeds pulled, bushes trimmed, etc) and a good power washing. I get that it's in the woods and all but the green mold right around the main deck was a bit gross. Also, the main door needs some help as it was very difficult to open and close. The kitchen was great with most everything we needed with the exception of pot holders and dish towels. It could also some handrails around the deck for older adults. It would have also been nice to have a parking pass for the beach. We had a few people with walking limitations so it would have been nice to have. Again, the house size was perfect for our families and the space was great for our Michigan families to gather for the day. Would definitely recommend!"

"We were pleasantly surprised and impressed during our stay at the Harrington Inn. After a quick and efficient check in we found our room to be spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor pool was very nice and private and well maintained. The breakfast provided good hot and cold choices. We especially noticed many nice extra touches in the amenities, design, and decor of the inn. We highly recommend the Harrington Inn."
