The reception staff was unfriendly and when you ask for help is like you are bothering them, they are mostly non English speakers which bothers me as they receive international clients. Their answer to everything is “I don’t know”
My room was not being cleaned, the floors were not swept, the sheets were only changed when I was left with one day to leave
Andy Chu, the restaurant manager is the only person who made my stay at this hotel bearable, he was kind and always tried his best to find way to make out breakfast pleasant
