We were very satisfied with our stay. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, super clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and peaceful. It felt like our home away from home.
Was perfect for our family & pets. Close to all we want to see and do.

Wonderful location on top of the mountain. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Fort. We saw a bear in the back yard and made our trip even more amazing. The cottage was big enough for 10 people and very clean. The owner was great responding when I contacted her. Overall we loved it and I recommend this place!
My kids wanted a family vacation together (2 adult girls and a teenage boy). There was 9 total with the kids, grandkids, son-in-laws and myself. We had a very enjoyable experience and loved the house. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
What a beautiful cottage! Everything we hoped for! We enjoyed the inside and outside. Fire pit was perfect for enjoying the view. House was very clean and well equipped. Host was very nice and helpful. Beautiful yard! There is even a garage that made for easy packing and unpacking! Highly recommend and hope to visit again!
This was perfect for our family. Carol was very welcoming and was quick to answer any questions. Easy to check in. The garage access was so convenient. They even have a ramp in the garage that was perfect for my mother in law. Huge deck on the house. Really enjoyed it. Thank you!
We just returned from a wonderful stay at Finch Forest! It was clear from the moment we walked through the door the effort that Carol puts forth to ensure a pleasant stay for her guests. The house was clean and well maintained and provided plenty of space for our party of three adults, two preteens, and one dog. Carol checked on us throughout our stay and quickly responded to messages. The house is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which was so nice as we ran the dog to and from town throughout the trip. The drive up the mountain was a little harrowing, and GPS tried to take us up a private gated road to get there from Gatlinburg, but once we found the best route, navigating in and out was no problem. Overall, I would recommended this listing highly and would love to stay here again some time!
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this home. The bears were very active at the end of the week, even a momma bear and her cub 70 feet up in the tree in the back yard!!
The property was well positioned between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg making it easy to jump to either, but in a remote setting away from the crowds. Nicely decorated with high quality furnishings. I would stay here again.
The unit is very comfortable and clean. It was a nice location for exploring the north side of the island. There was clear directions, and communication from the host.
Beautiful home/property! We loved the walk around deck and screen porch. House is surrounded by trees so there is wildlife galore. A very relaxing home. We will be back!
Spacious mountain home near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
I had a wonderful stay here for a weekend visit with teenagers and our dogs. The house had lots of room for us to spread out indoors and a large porch and deck, too. We had everything we needed available to us and the house was really clean and well maintained. I would absolutely visit here again!
I can’t say enough about our stay. We came up to get married and with the cabin being between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made everything perfect. We had our three grown kids come with us and the space was perfect for them to sit and catch up since everyone lives in different areas. Carol was wonderful and very receptive when I had questions. We will definitely be back for years to come.
This lovely vacation cabin was just what we expected and more. Everything is exactly as is in the photos. It was comfortable and perfectly clean. Everything is in perfect condition and there is a showerhead in the master bath that made me want to never get out. We have been visiting the area every year for a sports tournament and i cant believe we have been staying in a hotel all this time. The cabin was a million times more comfortable and relaxing. I would love to come back and visit some time just to relax - when we do not have anything else going on!

Spring break
Kids were looking forward to spending time in a hot tub but when we arrived there was no hot tub as advertised. WiFi did not work either.
Everything was fine on the first day but after that it all went downhill. The heating system went out and we were unable to stay in the cabin. The property manager helped us out on the first night but the second night we were on own own. She stated she was not responsible for picking up the tab for the second night which I think was very unfair. I should have been reimbursed for the second night. It was not my fault that the heating system went out. I am very disappointed with the whole situation. We spent most of our vacation moving from one place to another, We should have been accommodated or at least refunded the night that we could not stay in the cabin.
Thank goodness we had extra money to pay for our motel rooms on the second night.
