"The hotel is at one of the main entrances to the historic Centro and there are restaurants , retail stores within minutes. Our bed was firm and new, the shower was excellent with a rain shower head plus hand-held. Breakfast buffet was excellent with literally dozens of delicious options. Front desk was helpful and enthusiastic. Highly recommended."

"Excellent property! Service was fabulous. Rooms and facilities were spotless. Really such a pleasure. Particularly good for kids - balloon animals at breakfast and kids hats and r shirts on their bed as a gift when they arrived. Highly recommend!"

"A great spot to explore the fabulous city of Lucca. The room was well appointed with a good bed and shower. A good breakfast and bar area with helpful staff always on hand to do what they can to make your stay more pleasant."

"Excellent position. Beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic view of Viareggio. Friendly family run hotel. Ferragosto (15th Aug) - the hotel treated all the guests to a beautiful celebration on the roof terrace with excellent food and drink. This was a lovely surprise! Thank you!"
