"I had a wonderful two-night stay at the Pocaterra Hotel in Canmore while I was in town for a wedding. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. The amenities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative throughout my stay. The pool and hot tub were particular highlights, especially after long days and a busy wedding weekend—it was so nice to have a place to relax and unwind. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the evening snacks. Those little extras made the stay feel welcoming and added to the overall experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was comfortable and inviting. The parking lot could be a little awkward to navigate at times, but I was very grateful that parking was available. Despite the construction happening in the area during my stay, getting around on foot was still convenient and easy, which was a definite plus. Between the helpful staff, great amenities, relaxing pool and hot tub, breakfast, evening snacks, and convenient location, the Pocaterra Hotel made for a great home base during my stay in Canmore. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others visiting the area."

"This property was very well kept and clean and the bed were very comfortable. I do wish there were some board games or playing cards available as well as facial tissues, which are usually on hand. Some light bulbs were burnt out and the left side of the stove top didn’t work."

"Basecamp Resorts was exactly what we needed for our week trip in Canmore. The location was great, too. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to for breakfast and dinner. The staff was super accommodating. It was easy to snag some extra towels and tide pods from the front desk. The hot tub was an added bonus too. The only thing I wish we had was a better view of the Three Sisters from our room but all in all it was an amazing stay. We’re so thankful and would highly recommend."
