"staff were absolutely friendly, the room was so clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing view when eating breakfast or going on a walk"

"Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

"Charming place with history. So much nicer than a formula hotel. Also the inhouse restaurants are recommended. It was my 3rd or 4th time here, while driving from Ireland back to the Netherlands. Just 10 minutes away from where the Dublin-Holyhead ferry arrives."

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück und das Essen im Pub waren sehr lecker und das Personal und insbesondere die Inhaber sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen sehr schön über unseren Talbot Samba ins Gespräch. :-) Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

"Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit"

"the staff very helpful food was very good , excellent value."

"The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly"

"It was great except pillows were not comfortable too hard , And the bed mattress was not 1 peace it was attached in the middle . Everything else was great and we had a great stay there and definitely we will come back and also recommend it to our friends ."

"Very nice and relaxing stay"

"Horrible staff"

"Very dirty property, dirty tissues, crumbs and dirty bedding in the rooms, had to leave as we refused to stay there unfortunately"

"Spacious and well appointed room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent stay."

"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff"

"Disappointed that TV didn't work, nor was there a radio. Also room didnt have a lock apparantly as the room was designated as a fire escape. The good points were the breakfast and cleanliness and bed comfortable."

"Could not ask for a better place to stay or nicer people"

"We arrived late and were met by amazing helpful staff that not only stayed late to check us in but also helped us upstairs with our bags. The room was perfect, beds were comfy and bathroom was very nice. Breakfast the next morning was great, fruit, cereal, pastries and coffee for £10. Highly highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet and cozy stay in wales."

"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and quickly prepared and served. Hotel is situated within 15 minutes drive from seaside town as well as...
