"Stayed in an apartment with my husband and 2 kids. The place was spotless and very spacious and comfortable. The view of the sea was perfect and we also had breakfast. The breakfast was of a very standard."

"We stayed last Saturday for a long overdue break away. The staff (all of them) go above and beyond for everything.. whether a couple of extra tea bags or general queries at reception. Our room was immaculate and looking out over the sea and so very peaceful. We left feeling rested and although we had never stayed over night in Scarborough, both my husband and I said we would book another break very soon simply based on bring a wonderful experience. "

"Staff absent at check in. Breakfast served off-site - no mention of this on the web. No bar which was pictured. Unneccessarily complicated street parking arrangements. Felt completely mis-sold and ended up staying elsewhere instead, despite paying for 2 nights and leaving after 10 minutes. "

"It was a great location, checking in was easy, the place was pristine and spacious, facilities provided was more than what I expected. I Love it that there was a Coffee pod machine and a kettle too. There was also a microwave and a toaster. Moreover, therewaa a mini fridge which is a bonus! Also, there was 2 televisions. My family had a wonderful time. "

"Room was ideal for a family of 3. However the living area was dirty in places and looked like the table had not been cleaned or the living area hoovered for our arrival. Utensils still had food on in the drawers. No hot water on first morning but quickly rectified. Staff at partner hotel helpful however the pool that is available to use was dirty and in need of repair in many areas. Sauna out of use, jacuzzi out of use. Spiders in the changing area showers showing they had not been cleaned in a while. Apartment and hotel could be spot on but need to try harder especially for price paid."

"Great stay as a solo traveller. The room was lovely and just the right size, well-equipped and with a beautiful sea view. The food was good with plenty of choice and the evening entertainment was a highlight. I checked in online beforehand but still had to queue for quite a while on arrival, which could have been better organised. Overall though, a brilliant first stay and I’d return."

"We liked everything about the hotel except the view from room window was direct into the very close flats opposite side of road which included a guy that had a hammock in bay window day+nite for 2days staring into ours hence blind needed to be down most of time."
