We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier. There are daily activities and kids club to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail in the rooms were amazing and we will be back for sure!"

We took advantage of their Balinese cooking class and were delighted by the staff and the results. Even our departure was excellent! The hotel staff contacted the transfer company to ensure that the driver allowed sufficient time to meet our flight and provided us with a box breakfast due to our early departure. The facilities were beautiful, but the service ........ Sublime!"
