Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

"Location.Location.Location. Tons of food choices around.Trains are about 7 to 8 minute walk.You will never get bored in this part of Shinjuku. I was pleasantly surprised that room is actually bigger than what I thought it would be and is well maintained. Staff is very helpful and accomodating,great customer service."

"The free daily breakfast was amazing. My room was beautiful and had a direct view of the tokyo tower! The location was A DREAM for a solo traveler with shopping, museums, nightlife, restaurants, and perfectly positioned for access to all the popular prefectures! I will come here again!"

"Clean nice quiet room . Helpful and friendly staff. However，hotel public onsen water seems dirty and not well maintained . Saw quite many bodily hairs in water. I got skin rashes and itchiness right after using the onsen requiring medical treatment."

"Very nice hotel, reminded me of a Marriott Moxy Style hotel. Good bakery, small rooms, it was located right across from a beautiful park. The hotel was good, but it was a good 20 min walk to Shinjuku Station and shopping area."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The bus we used from Haneda airport dropped us off just in front of the hotel ( the hotel is large/ popular enough to have its own stop. The hotel staff were amazingly attentive and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed with a tremendous view of Tokyo (we had a 23 rd floor room). Everything was clean and the rooms were of good size but I would not say large. The hotel has multiple shops and restaurants included. The lunch buffet on the first floor was outstanding and reasonably priced. The hotel felt a bit dated but it did not distract us from have an outstanding experience! Great hotel."
