"The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Cleanliness and ambience was perfect. Design and furniture was beautiful. However they need to improve their house keeping department. They come in the morning and if we are sleeping they don’t bother checking again later. There is an electronic sign at the door indicating clean the room but it is useless if they don’t come to check it. Every afternoon I need to ask them to clean it. One day it was 6 pm and they have not cleaned our room yet....
