Follow the cobblestones on Jones Street - voted “America’s Prettiest Street” by Southern Living Magazine - to this stately parlor-level apartment. Steps away from sought-after attractions like The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Mercer-Williams House, and the Sorrell-Weed House, this home is ideal for those interested in Savannah's architectural history.

Enter up a short set of stairs to the Parlor Level of this 1800s standalone manor. The formal parlor room greets guests and acts as a casual living space; ideal for catching up with close friends and family. Classic French decor seen throughout is elegant yet relaxed and comfortable. Adjacent is the dining room and kitchen, with a washer and dryer hidden behind. Both bedrooms boast stunning views of historic Savannah, along with the modern amenities you expect like smart TVs, central A/C, and ample storage space. The first bedroom is spacious with a King bed and large closet. The full bath is exclusive to those guests and located just off the hall.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wall-to-wall windows, allowing a fantastic view of historic Jones Street. Blinds allow for guest privacy at night. This bedroom's full bath is en suite, with a tub/shower combination. After a full day of touring (and shopping!) Savannah, relax with a cocktail in the courtyard gardens. You'll love spending each evening beneath the stars.

Parking for this home is a breeze with two designated spots just behind the home (one in front of the other). On-street parking is also available and non-metered, although guests will need to be wary of Sweep Zone signs.

Centrally located, this home is within walking to distance to many of Savannah's most treasured historic homes, and is also very close to multiple green spaces like our Forsyth Park (famous for its Fountain), Madison Square, and Chippewa Square. A walk along Bull Street in either North-South direction is the perfect way to see and learn about our beautiful city.

Anniversary in Savannah

The property was absolutely amazing. Located in historic Savannah you are with in walking distance to a number of historical homes. The perfect place for a 50th anniversary get away..

Great location, great apartment

A friend and I had never been to Savannah, and we were thrilled by the location of Parlour Suite Four. We never had to use the car to see lots of sights. It was very easy to contact management with any questions that we had.

We loved everything about this house and the location. From the beautifully appointed decor, to the vibrant neighborhood, the four of us had a fantastic visit! The green spaces are walkable distances,as are necessary groceries and cultural hubs.

Beautiful property, great location

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a weekend getaway and had a great time. It’s located in between Forsyth Park and the River district, so everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative I can say is that the cleaners accidentally left a bag of trash inside the door when they cleaned after the previous guests, but it was no big deal. Great property, I hope we can come back up and stay again!

Beautiful property and great location, but a few additional touches could have made it perfect: hand towels (only bath towels and washcloths were supplied); soap dish and extra soaps (or larger bar of soap) in bathrooms (we ran out of soap by the end of our three-day stay); more hooks in bathrooms for hanging damp bath towels; a cookie sheet for reheating leftovers in the oven.

Beautiful home in Savannah!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent Christmas trip to Savannah, Ga. We stayed at Parlour Suite on Jones(Dec.23-Dec.26). It is a beautiful home, and we all really enjoyed our time there. Our home was very conveniently located in the historic area of Savannah. The neighborhoods were very beautiful and great for walking. Beautiful homes, parks, decorations, and great places to dine were all around! We were very impressed with our booking agent, Lucky Savannah! They were very available, and helpful in meeting our every need, and answering any question we might have. We will definitely return, having had such an all around great experience!

Perfect location and beautiful home

The apartment was perfect in every way! It was clean, and we found everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfy, and we loved the feeling we had gone back in time with the fine decorating. The location was perfect for walking to Forsyth Park; so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, and we even went to see a fantastic play at the Savanah historic theater that was a .4 mile walk, so it was all just perfect! The parking spot was in the back, so we did not have to pay or park on the street. We will recommend this to friends. It was pricey, but we loved it and would stay there again for sure. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, which made this apartment very special.

Beautiful Jones St property

A friend and I stayed at this beautiful home for 6 nights while in Savannah. We walked everywhere in the historic district and enjoyed many restaurants within blocks of the home. Clareys is just across the street and The Wilkes House is a few blocks away. We had no trouble with the property except the tenant upstairs does not know the meaning of "step lightly". She has very heavy heels and races back and forth across the floor above this rental. Luckily she pretty much kept the same hours as us. Even with this issue, I would not hesitate to book this rental again.

The two rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and nobody was staying upstairs so there was no noise. The area is fantastic. Jones street is beautiful and it’s very convenient to everything. Savannah is very walkable, so we also appreciated having a secure parking spot because we did not need a vehicle. Please note the main shower is very small, if you’re tall or big there isn’t any room to turn around. That’s the only caveat.
