"A lovely stay in a traditional Normandy Manor House. We have stayed many times and will return. The rooms off the courtyard suit us best due to steep stairs in the main house. Lovely well maintained grounds (not extensive though). Plumbing can be a little erratic! Wonderful food at dinner and breakfast. Some dishes cooked on open fire. All home made. Family run, friendly & unassuming. "

"I had a magical and memorable stay at this beautifully kept and historic Chateau. The Chateau is located around 20 minutes from Mont St. Michele and hours drive from dinan. The chateau itself is located on a peaceful country road on grounds inhabited by a lovely flock of geese who spend their days meandering the properties’ ponds. "Great place for the price. Location is very good for beach activities. The restaurant and service were excellent. Typical tiny European room, but very nicely done, and with clean modern bathroom. Only negatives, the mattress and pillows were softer than we like, and the meat delivery to the butcher shop across the street at 5am. Not the hotel's fault, just an FYI. "

"Check-in was very accommodating as we arrived early. They allowed is to drop off our luggage a d then gave us a room key in case we were late getting back to the hotel after touring. The room was nice. Weird “showering” in a bathtub. There was an elevator there unlike one I’ve seen or used before (see photo.) Reception was a little late for our check out but we were still in time for our train. "
