The living room, designed with modern aesthetics, offers an idyllic space for a family movie night or friendly banter. The kitchen boasts sleek countertops and is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. Venture outdoors, the heart of Idea Verde. Guests will have full access to the entire villa and hotel-grade amenities it offers. Access is convenient with a lockbox - allowing for flexible check-ins. Parking is available on the premises promising hassle-free arrivals and departures.
The Neighborhood:
The dead end street to access the villa is large paved road surrounded with tall palm trees. Beach, downtown stores and restaurants in Coco is at 5 minute driving distance. Please note that cell tour signal is poor in that area, we've added a booster to have a better coverage surrounding the property, high speed wifi is also available.

The pool and jacuzzi maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday around noon
