Very Large room!&good accommodations! The hotel treat us very well. Hotelman isn't there,but there is good heart of treatment for traveler. We will go the hotel again.

掃除が全くされていなかった。 部屋は、髪の毛だらけ、しかも、ほこりが髪の毛に絡みついている、すなわち、長い間、掃除していない証拠です。自分たちで掃除しました。 また、ベッドのシーツすら変えていない。シーツにはぬけ毛がたくさんついたまま、床のほこりの塊りが、掛け布団の上にたくさん有り、シーツと掛け布団の間には、沢山のぬけ毛がとほこりの塊りが、沢山ついています。 そのうえ、事前の利用客の体臭がシーツに染み付いたまま。 部屋を歩けば、床のホコリが舞い上がります。 衛生面が、最悪です。 シ一ツすら交換しない神経が理解不能です。 昨年、10月に3泊利用したときはそんなことはありませんでした。 今回は4泊しましたが、30万円近い宿泊費で、シーツすら交換しない宿など、詐欺に近いサービスだと感じました。 次回も4泊で利用せざるをえないので、掃除、シーツ交換くらいはして下さい。

新千歳空港からのアクセスが容易なこと、施設全体が清潔なことは高評価ですが、幹線道路に面し夜の騒音が気になります。また、エアコンが1台しかなく、季節によっては暑く感じます。

1泊2日利用させていただきました。 とても綺麗で、子どもたちも楽しく過ごせました。そして、広いです！笑 ドームを利用するために宿泊しましたが、駅がものすごく混んでいたら、40分弱で歩いて行けます。また機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

宿泊施設はとてもきれいですが、10人以上が泊まるなら、少なくともトイレは二つあった方がいいと思います。シャワーももう一つはほしいと思います。
