"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them. Also, the hotel pool is open to non-hotel guests for swimming lessons, which can make the pool somewhat crowded at times. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location, attentive staff, and quality amenities."

"The Voco Xi'an Hotel was the perfect place for my visit to Xi'an, coming and going from Xinjiang. It is convenient to the metro, clean, friendly, and well equipped with restaurants and a fitness center. The room was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay here again!"

"The rooms and amenities here are very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff (including the front counter and the cooks) are very friendly and approachable. The concierge is active for 24 hours so you never have to worry about booking in late. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the train station so heading into town is convenient."
