The staff where nice... that was it. The room smelt like Marijuana, burnt curtains and dirty floor. The shower is stained and there is a pink substance thrown around. We reserved a microwave and refrigerator room, but there was no microwave in the room.
This is in a good, safe part of Santa Rosa. Grounds are clean and well-maintained. Staff was nice, and for the price it is a good value. Will return, and unless you want a fancy place, it is a great option.
Staff is friendly rooms I've stayed in have always been clean. It's a motel 6 you get what you pay for..

The place is a tweaker hotel. Loud, vagrants staying there. Very scary. The staff in all fairness was very nice!

The rooms were clean its just outside is rundown. One building burned out. Kinda sketchy area but didnt have any problems. Front desk staff was very nice
Room was clean, staff was friendly. This property did not come up to a "Raddison" level. It is closer to it's Motel Six roots. Much work is need on the property.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell hit me—it reeked of tobacco. It was overwhelming, like someone had been smoking in there for years and no one ever bothered to clean it properly. I don’t know how this room was considered ready for a guest. Definitely would not stay here or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The priority was a bit loud given the proximity to the road and the thin door, but no big deal. There were just a few small things that would have made this a five star review for me! I would have liked to just have shampoo and conditioner, tissues, and a couple of extra pillows. A microwave would have been a big bonus since there was a mini fridge, but I would have expected neither at this price point.

Pros: The people in the office were nice (that’s why the 2 stars)! Cons: The room and the grounds was absolutely horrible though!! my room was noticeably dirty. They were straight black hairs on my sheets. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floor made my feet black. We were here for my nine-year-old gymnastics competition and I had to go to target to buy Lysol, Lysol wipes, Lysol air, disinfectant, and a candle and lighter! And it STILL smelled!! I understand that I wasn’t expecting a five or even four or three star room. I did expect basic cleanliness though. I never write negative reviews and I’m doing this because I really don’t want anybody else to experience this!! I still felt dirty after leaving. Even after cleaning! Also, the shower was cold! There was a man who appeared under the influence of something pacing outside of my room at night, which made me really anxious. There was a group of questionable people gathered together. There were empty beer cans outside my door on the ground. I mean, I’ve stayed in a motel six before! It was never this bad. I am not exaggerating. I felt so gross after leaving.

Sub-par motel...
Not a good location. Needs major improvements. Mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to ask for towels. As they had not been replaced. A non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. Yuck. Loud guests... loud cars... drug dealing... I was very generous with the stars that I gave it. I will not stay here again.
We booked this hotel for a short 3 night stay. Upon check in our first room was pretty dirty and tiny, so we requested an upgrade to a larger room which they gave us at no charge (thank you). But the second room was filthy too. Hair in the beds, dirty pillow cases, things stuck to the comforter and just not even close to clean. Add on top, the area was very crowded with homeless people all over the property.
They were kind and cancelled and refunded most of our stay. There’s no way I’d take my wife and kid here, between the cleanliness and environment. I’d have booked a second hotel and just ate the price of this one even if they hadn’t given me a refund.
Staff was friendly though, so there’s that.

Basic Motel Stay, but what you'd expect
The beds and shower were very clean. Nice surprise that there was a mini fridge in this one. Ooooo a mini fridge. Kept my Ginger Ale chilly! Actually, for a Motel 6, this one was okay. Clean enough. Safe enough, on a busy street with plenty of lighting. The desk clerk was a sullen young man, said barely anything. But maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe desk clerk at Motel 6 isn't his dream job. Still. A "welcome" or "good night" would have been nice. I would stay here again, though. If I had to.
This property appears to be in transition. I saw no signage identifying it as a Park Inn by Radisson, nor did I experience the level of service, amenities, or standards typically associated with the Radisson brand. In fact, the only visible signage was a blacked-out Motel 6 sign near the front of the property.
While Motel 6 is a budget chain, in my experience, their standards for cleanliness and basic operations have consistently exceeded what I encountered here.
That said, Santa Rosa is a pleasant city, and the property’s location is convenient—just off the freeway and close to restaurants, shops, and other services. The nightly rate was the most affordable I found when booking, and free parking is included, which is a plus.
However, my room, located toward the back of the property, had several issues. It was noisy, noticeably unclean, and smelled of smoke. Surfaces and furnishings—including countertops and cushions—showed significant wear, with visible chips and tears. The parking lot also raised concerns: at least one person appeared to be living out of a car, and I saw them biking around the lot multiple times. Local police made routine passes through the property while I was there.
In summary, while the convenient location and price are attractive, the overall experience fell short of expectations—even for budget accommodations. I hope the property is undergoing improvements, but as it stands, I could not recommend!
Usually the customer service is great and there's not much to complain about. And everything is straight f forward. I stay and leave. But this time it w wasn't so much like this. Soon as I got into my room I noticed a dog next door who was either missing their owner or had anxiety because after an hour of continuous barking, it's gotta make u think what's going on over there? I'm usually pretty patient with animals too and noise don't bother me but something was wrong so I didn't went to office to ask if ma rsnroom change wa possibe, but there wasn't. I also paid for a room with micro/fridge , didn't happen either:( so eventually after office tried to put a stop to the dog barking and were not successful, the police show up ok great. So u got popo banging next door asking me question s as if I knew who the ppl were , which I did not? Weird. Then my last straw was in the morn. I'm a frequent visitor of this area /motel I'm not just some scumbag trying to find the next moving spot. So when I ask for a laste check out so I can have few extra minutes getting ready I expect to get that at least,? But they tell me no they stopped doing that and I stead gave my partner and I 5 minutes to get out? Which was fine by all means, I guess. I just felt weird rude vibes from the employees. When all I've done is be super respectful of them and any rooms I stay in
