Amazing customer service with very friendly and attentive staff. Mr. Alan was especially kind. He valet parked our car and made sure we had water waiting for us, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in process was easy and smooth, the rooms were clean, and breakfast service was excellent. Restaurants and everything we needed were close by, making the location very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the center of Santa Rosa, walking distance to a great many bars and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast bar and 24 hour coffee service in the lobby. Room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed.
