Welcome to Bluewave Summer! This beautiful new Bluewater Landing home is complete and ready to welcome our first guests!

- Open kitchen with new appliances and features the chef in your family will love, inducing a deep farmhouse sink, a large gas range and a pot filler
- Outside Gas Grill
- Beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home plus some!
- 3 parking spots

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Place was exceptional! It had lots of space for our family. Very close to the beach and shops. We would definitely stay again!

Love this house!

We cannot recommend this house more! The open downstairs living areas was perfect for all six of us. We had plenty of room to spread out, the kids had a game room just for themselves… and we loved the bright open, airy spaces. We will be back!
