"Noisy and impossible to sleep. You can hear everything from upstairs. The cleaning crew started making noise at 7am. Some of the ladies from the reception need to drop their attitude. So frustrating when you’re trying to find something out and you’re being treated as if you’re staying there for free and bothering them."

"Parking was not free but due to the location it was worth it.....The employees ALL OF THEM were very nice and helpful. I woukd stay there again."

"Great place! Close to the airport and the shuttle helps so much, easy and quick process shuttle, hotel, check in, my room after a long trip. Nothing better thanks! Huge thanks to the rewards lady that check me in last night and was able to adjust my room to my necessities, thank you so much."

"Rooms , decors , bathroom looks very old and boring like you are in a hotel that age. 60 years ago Santa Monica is one of the richest city the room decor carpet bathroom looks very ugly and old . "
