After what was a disastrous start to our family weekend away we finally managed to book back in at Invisa Cala Blanca, a place which is very special to us as a family. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating and kind. The staff made our stay outstanding ensuring that we had all we needed. The kids love staying at the hotel with all the children activities and their new favourite wave pool. From the minute we changed hotels to come back it’s been amazing. Food was superb every day. Morning noon and night. Endless ice creams for the kids. Watching my boys play their first water polo game with their dad and other guests was brilliant. Thank you again for our stay and ensuring that our summer break before normal life resumes was the best. Until next time. We can’t wait to return.

Please read this review. Two average size pools overcrowded. Food low quality and limited choice. Open buffet sitting in hot sun. Room low quality and dirty on arrival. No satellite TV connection in room over football World Cup. Technicians could not fix. No staff helping with luggage or parking. One positive - a very helpful gentleman overseeing breakfast.

Great stay for a short or longer vacation Junior Suite is spacious and well equipped for a 3 star hotel. Food is ok, can be a busy at times. Dinner or late breakfast at Tex Mex restaurant is more relaxed

Arrived at the hotel a day late after the airline cancelled our flight and was told the hotel had given our sea view room to another family ( very frustrating) but they sorted another room which turned out to be a better one for us a family of 5. Very good buffet food, loads of choice and different themes most nights. Loads for kids to do and pirate island was a big hit. Evening entertainment was always good. Right on the beach also. Great family holiday.

Noisy rooms and appartements, chairs making a lot of noise while moving them and thus irritating for other people who want to sleep. Single bed instead of kingsize bed. So for me not again. Can imagine that people who stayed in the main building have better experiences.

Property is in fair conditions, needs renovations and maintenance; this property is good for families with kids. Rooms are ok, bathroom needs ventilation because it gets foggy when you shower. It gets a little noisy sometime, we believe the majority of the noise came from housekeeping moving chairs and beds with no care. Restaurant for breakfast is super good and has a lot of options. The view from the top restaurant is stunning. Beach is walking distance; however, the main attractions and best Calas are far away. Parking is spacious and convenient. The property is very big, be prepared to walk a lot to get to the different amenities. In general, a good experience but not sure if we would stay there again, it’s not great for the price.

I booked a room for 4, although we’re 3. Myself and 2 children. Prior to purchasing the trip, I called the hotel twice from the US to ask about the rooms and was told that they are all the same, ie, two twin beds and a pull out sofa double bed. The pictures on the hotel website show that. I found it a bit odd, based on my experience, but accepted it. I booked a room with a pool view. I checked in ahead of time. On arrival, I was given a room for 3 with what could charitably be called a garden view. When I complained, I was told that I was given a better room than I had booked. I insisted and was offered a room in another building. That building had not been renovated. And was also only for 3 people. I was told that nothing could be done that day but I could return to the front desk the following day when the manager would be there to see what could be done. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was again offered a room in the non renovated building. This building is the furthest away from the dining room and entertainment center. Also, no pictures of these rooms are on the hotel website. The room offered did have 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. However, it was small, such that it was nearly impossible to reach the balcony. It allegedly had a pool view. However, the pool was only visible from an edge of the balcony itself. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that nothing else would be offered. And that the manager had said this.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön. Unser Zimmer hat beim betreten schon einen starken Schimmelgeruch aufgewiesen. Im Bad an der Decke kamen zwei Pilze aus der Wand, sowas habe ich zuvor noch nie gesehen. Auch wenn das Zimmer an sich gut aussah, hat der schimmelbefal alles kaputt gemacht. Ich hoffe ihr bekommt das Zimmer 7004 nicht. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht. Das Essen ist gut, viel Auswahl und lecker.

Tuvimos 2 problemas con la habitación, el internet nunca sirvió así que no pudimos ver Netflix ni otra aplicación, lo segundo fue que la ducha está mal hecha y toda el agua se sale al bañarse, asi que toda nuestra estancia nos la pasamos con toallas en el piso, el personal del hotel muy atentos siempre y trataban de ayudar compensándonos con salir un poco más tarde del hotel

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem abgelegeneren Bungalow mit ca 3 weiteren Familien. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, komfortable Betten, ruhig, direkt am Meer. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren von dem Essen nicht durchgehend überzeugt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.
