"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. Sankat mochan is at walking distance and Tara devi is also very close. Hotel is easily accessible from highway. Hot was is available during certain hours and temperature was too low for...

"The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer...

"최악의 호텔임. 호텔수준이 아니고 민박수준임. 호텔닷컴의 예약 컨펌도 안됐다고 함. 추운날 가족들과 밖에서 노숙했음. 춥고 배고파 근처 호텔에서 저녁 식사하는데 근처호텔 역시 바가지 요금. 6명이서 43만원 내고 허접한 인도식 먹음.."

"Bedsheets had holes, Hotel is very down and we need to go down a steep passage to reach hotel. 25 minutes from Shimla Railway Station. 15 Minutes from Mall Road."
