"The hotel was in a good area to get to shops but was very unkept outside surrounding areas. the staff at reception were not that great in customer assistance but the room service were very good. No real help from reception staff, which was a shame."

"Highly courteous staff dedicated to make your stay really memorable as soon as you step out of the car. Quick response time for any specific room service or a request.Breakfast had all the variations ranging from continental, mediterranean, north indian to basic oats khichdi with desi ghee!(very useful for elderly and kids). Being located in the most significant, sector 17, does presents ample options to shop and explore this beautiful city. Needless to say, one of my best stays with family and higly recommended."

"I stayed twice in this hotel and I loved ii. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite with everyone. The best thing it’s next to the big mall so you can go and Shop and eat in the food court if you want. I am strongly recommend to this place for family and solo travelers."

"We loved staying in this hotel. It was very well kept, extremely tidy and the staff were lovely. Geeta was part of the restaurant staff and she was amazing. She made sure our family had everything we needed. My kids loved her. Our room was cleaned every day by Jot, who did an amazing job. She made our beds and replaced all of our towels. Whatever we asked for, she was happy to do. Abishek on the reception desk was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. The door and security staff were wonderful too, so polite and accommodating."
