"Stayed at The property for work and studies with my kid in uni. The check in was not very ideal. the room wasnt ready and i had to change rooms next day . over all stay was ok but could be better ."

"Room was clean and spacious; hotel is in a good location. Biggest problem is, the hotel is used by charities to house homeless people on a temporary basis so it can be somewhat noisy overnight. Can walk to supermarket, 200 metres, and the Dandenong market with fresh foods and clothes etc. Check in staff were fast and helpful."

"As soon as I arrived I noticed the grass wasn’t cut. It was up to my knees - front and backyard so seems like it hasn’t had any attention in weeks. There were pieces of wood just laying in a pile in the backyard which isn’t ideal for kids as they were a hazard. I thought the inside would be better so I was willing to let it go but the inside was a disappointment! Marks on the walls and light switches, most rugs had big stains on them, missing cupboard in kitchen, mould in the bedrooms on the window shutters. The whole house did not reflect the pictures. My family did not feel comfortable staying so we left and had no other choice but to book in a hotel close by. This was a major inconvenience as last minute bookings are not cheap so it set me back a lot which is not ideal when on a holiday. Very disappointed!"
