Excellent rooms, clean and comfortable. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The other guests were good people too, respectful. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. I found this place on the Internet and it was the best choice. Thank you to all the helpful courteous staff.

Good location with a short drive to Dandenong, shops and restaurants. The room is due for some renovations and repairs. TV had a faulty wall plug, so I could only access a couple of channels with a bad reception. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Bedside lamps wouldn’t work and the room was very dirty. Dust everywhere, rubbish under the bed and cigarette buts on the balcony. I do have to say, the price is pretty reasonable at $100 per night.

The place was nice and quiet which was nice however there were some safety and comfort concerns. There were no fire extinguishers in the room and none of the appliances have had their electrical test and tag done since 2016. The air conditioning also did not work and when I reported it to the staff nothing was done to fix it.

This motel is in a perfect location with just a short drive to the shops markets and places to eat. Room 34 has a newley renovated bathroom, but the rest of the apartment needs some work. The room was very dirty. The bench top had not been wiped clean, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there was still food in the microwave from the previous guests. The bathroom floor looked clean, but after wiping up excess water, turned the white towel black. There was no wifi password provided. I pre-booked a 1 bedroom appointment with a kitchenette, but ended up with a small motel room with only a microwave. For the price of this accommodation, it is not too bad apart from the cleanliness.

So I booked this motel in a hurry due to a rushed trip to Dandenong,all we wanted was a bed and a shower for the night ,upon booking I went back and read all the reviews and started to worry what had we gotten ourselves into 😨!!! Upon arrival I walked into the reservation desk and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave me our key and directed me to our room . Mentally I was now in panic mode .... What was I about to walk in to !!!!! Yes it needs a coat of paint ,yes it's slightly outdated and maybe someone should rehang the drapes lol but it was all we needed and it had clean sheets ,clean towels and was generally clean ... Only thing I would suggest is bring your own pillow ,they are quite thin 😊 But of a rest and we decided it's time to eat ,let's go to KFC it's easy and close we thought ,then I remember they had a restaurant so I popped back to the reservation desk and asked about their food $20 per person buffet sri lankin food ,well omg never tried it before but hey I love hot food ,it was beautiful!!! The service was fantastic,they were so concerned to our needs bringing icy cold strawberry and mint drinks !!!

I liked waking up to the view of the pool and garden area The carpet and entrance tiles had been updated, nice colors. Bed was comfy and pillows. Good size room with extra setting inside and on the balcony. The restaurant cafe serves Indian dine in and takeaway, I love Indian curries and Nan bread. What i disliked was A heap of males crowding the front entrance to the reception, standing around talking, i had to go through the cafe, as i could not see the entrance. When arriving late at night in the dark it makes it very difficult to see signs. Many smoke butts outside on the ground of the reception entrance, looked rough neighborhood. bathroom requires updating, much wear and tear. Someone tried opening my door through the night, maybe they had the wrong room? People opposite were out on the balcony and were noisy for many hours. Could not find a remote for the cooling, was a switch on the wall beside the bed. No bedside lights, main switch on the wall, The room was very warm and stuffy. Big sliding glass door and windows to the balcony.
