The room was clean, it was easy to communicate with the host, everything was perfectly fine.

Daniel is a great host and you get snacks :) This is an older hotel but clean and well kept. If you want the Holiday inn you can drive a couple more hours. The other motel in Sanderson is also an older property, but twice the price.

Compared to Memorial District, the Museum District was up to par in terms of the art & area. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Well decorated. Comfortable beds. Clean. Cable tv. Host communicated promptly. Restricted view due to inoperable storm shutters a minus.

After visiting Terrell County Visitor Center, make a plan to see the other sights and activities in Sanderson. While you're in the area, wander around the natural setting.

Sanderson is a gem in the hills. It has slowed down a lot but has great people and a great story.
