It was a horrible experience. We got to the hotel late at night after a 12-hour road trip, just to find out they had overbooked and they gave us the excuse that a group of people extended their stay and that was why they gave away out room so they didn't have any one left, a pretty stupid excuse when the room had already been paid and they couldn't have given the room because if an already guest wanted to stay for a longer period, they should have said that the room was booked.
As a "compensation" they offered to get us a room in a lower category hotel (hostal Verona) nearby at a lower price. Since it was pretty late and we were so tired, we accepted. The Verona hostal had very limited parking space and we almost had to leave the car on the street. The front desk guy the next morning was so rude and indifferent, he couldn't care less about the guests. We were also offered a partial refund for the night at a lower category hotel and we got less money back from what they originally offered.
Thanks God it was only one night, I couldn't have taken a second night at such a horribly managed little hotel.
