In summary, the best thing about the Hotel is the beach, the service of the buffets and the terrible food, the rooms of several of us including mine had to be changed for leaks and tupiciones, I do not recommend it.

I loved everything about the resort! All the employees were so sweet and friendly, it was so fun! Dancing, playing sand volleyball, going to the beach, and the food was amazing! The resort was very clean at all times I have no complaints about the rooms or anything else! Customer service was amazing!

We had a great time. Two families with four adults and four kids (15,14,14, 12). This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great beach, nice grounds, and a good selection of food. We had the Sun Club room, and we really enjoyed having a double room and a separate part of the beach reserved for us, and premium alcoholic drinks. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants; there were plenty of choices for kids and adults. Drinks were very good as well. The value this resort provides for the money we paid is truly great, and all the staff members were very nice. We also had a massage on the beach, and we really enjoyed it.

Our room was Unpolluted Vikiana did an excellent job . Part of the stuff was very cordial , specially a waiter named Domingo . He was very polite and helpful ..Ocean view is excellent , this the best beach that I’ve been in my life . Something that I would like to recommend is a little improve in the lunch buffet. Besides that , everything was good.

I had an amazing experience! The people here truly made the trip unforgettable. A huge shoutout to Johan, the leader of the cooks. He’s an awesome guy who was always helpful, welcoming, and a pleasure to talk to. All of the dancers were incredible, but I especially want to recognize Hercules, Chocolate, Iris, and El Pequeño. They brought amazing energy every single day, kept the conversations going, taught us how to dance, and made everyone feel included. Their enthusiasm from morning until night made my experience so much better. I also want to give a special mention to the ballerina dancers Will and Hueso. They were always friendly, fun to interact with, and added even more to the overall experience. Thank you all for making this such a memorable trip. I can’t wait to come back!

Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough. There was a good bit of variety for our three picky kids. The buffets were a time saver. The entertainment was good with a good variety. We would if you looking to just get away for a few days but not much longer.

Everything about this place was excellent. The buffet offered surprisingly tasty food, and the staff was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The room was perfect and peaceful. Last but not least, Minerva and Mercedes from the spa were outstanding.

The property was clean and not crowded. The food was excellent. We stayed there not for two nights prior to our cruise, so we didn’t have opportunity to explore too much. However, we do not think upgrading to the Sun Ckub was worth, compared to similar upgrade at one of Hyatt’s resorts in Mayan Riviera.
