I would like to begin by commending the overall hospitality in Costa Rica, which has been among the best I've experienced, and your staff largely contributed to this positive impression. The complimentary breakfast, with its pleasant view overlooking the pool, was enjoyable during our four-day stay.
Upon our late-night arrival, we were assigned a room that, unfortunately, did not feature a balcony, despite this being a feature I had specifically paid for. Additionally, the television in the room lacked English channels. I must commend the single front desk staff member on duty that night; they were exceptionally accommodating. They promptly arranged for a handyman to provide a refrigerator, as our room did not have one, and to address the TV channel issue. We were subsequently placed on a waitlist for a room with a balcony for the following day, which we were very grateful to receive. While appreciative of the room change, I encountered a significant issue in the new bathroom. There was a window located at the top that directly overlooked what appeared to be a janitor's closet, creating a considerable lack of privacy. This made me feel very uncomfortable, to the extent that I felt compelled to cover it.I believe this is a critical design flaw that should be addressed immediately, as no guest should experience.privacy compromised in such a manner. Had I been a woman traveling alone, I would have felt extremely uneasy and vulnerable.Overall hotel needs a paint job and lights poo
