This charming two-bedroom home in Mision Los Sahuaros is just a short walk from the community's resort-style amenities. It offers 1050 square feet of living space, two private bedrooms, and two spacious bathrooms. With classic Mexican architecture, modern art and decor, upgraded appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home is the perfect place for family or friends looking for an authentic San Felipe vacation experience.
Push open the heavy oak front door and immediately step into your private vacation oasis. You will immediately notice the gourmet kitchen, a clean and sleek place that has everything you need to cook meals for your family at home. San Felipe has many incredible eateries that you must try, but on days when you want to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal, this kitchen provides all of the appliances and gadgets you need to do so.
From the stainless steel appliances to the cherry oak cabinetry, gas stove, and expansive counter space, this kitchen is the modern chef's dream come true. The sleek counter space transitions into a convenient breakfast bar with high top Bistro-style seating. This is a great place to sit with family and friends, enjoy a cold Margarita, and mingle with other guests in the living area.
This gourmet kitchen features a coffee maker, so the early birds of the family can brew a hot cup of coffee and enjoy it out on the private patio area. Pop some bread into the toaster, or put some of your favorite fruits into the blender for a healthy breakfast option. The kitchen has dual sinks and a whisper-quiet dishwasher, making it easy to clean up after a big family meal.
The main living room has beautifully tiled floors, a warm color palette, and contemporary leather furniture. Everyone can find their favorite seat in this comfortable lounge and enjoy their favorite TV shows and movies on the 55 inch flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio and are the perfect transition from indoor to outdoor living. Large windows in the living room also allow for plenty of natural light.
Right off of the living room is a small hallway that leads to the first bedroom. This private space has a queen-size bed, vintage-inspired dresser, name-brand linens, and large windows. After a busy day playing golf or fishing, you'll be thankful to come home to this warm and welcoming bedroom. In this bedroom, you will find built-in shelving units with extra pillows, blankets, and linens. This beautiful master bedroom has traditional tiled flooring, locally inspired accent pieces, and soft lighting that is perfect for bedtime reading. This bedroom has a private bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower with sliding frosted glass doors.
On the other side of the house, tucked off of the kitchen, is the family bathroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and a beautiful vanity area. Right next to this bathroom is the second bedroom. Guests staying in this room can enjoy a single twin size bed, colorful accent pieces, locally inspired artwork, and spacious closet space. This second bedroom has a mostly white color scheme, but colorful accent rugs and throw pillows add pops of color and personality to the area. This is a quiet and comfortable place for both kids or adults to rest after a busy day. There is an extra fold up single bed in this bedroom as well to accommodate another guest. This home sleeps four people comfortably but can accommodate up to 6 guests if you bring your own air mattresses or sleeping arrangements.
The private patio is a perfect place for friends and family to enjoy the sea breezes that San Felipe is known for. Out on this private terrace, you have unobstructed views of the resort and comfortable seating in the shade. Take the stairs up to the private rooftop deck and enjoy dinner with a view. There is a propane BBQ availalbe in the garage which must be used outside.
