They make you a hot sausage egg and cheese biscuit or a waffle for breakfast and the coffee is good in the common room and also you have coffee in the rooms. Perfect place to get away for a couple of days.

Hotel is very nice, stuff is helpful and nice. I stay in the room on the second floor it was a little outdated, has a balcony. I saw some rooms are more modern and renewed, hope they will update all of them the same way) Pool area was great and quite, plus jacuzzi, nice and clean. Definitely will come back.

It’s definitely an older hotel/motel, that could use an overhaul with many of the rooms. My bathroom door didn’t close, my front door lock wouldn’t lock, and a few other things like that. I was there for five days and never had housekeeping one time. The breakfast was very minimal, but if you can get by with a breakfast sandwich or packet of oatmeal, it’s fine. The best thing was the free parking. North Beach is walkable, but it’s not a great beach. Small, kind of dirty, literally adjacent to the train tracks. If I were to stay in the area again, I would stay closer to the pier and the main San Clemente beach area.

I would call this more of a boutique beach hotel… Perfect location because you are close to the beach & the pier… there's a trolly stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the beach & the pier & downtown… They have a really nice breakfast that is included with the best Belgium waffles… there is avocado toast many oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, many Kern’s juices tea’s coffee’s & soo much more.
