"Terrible customer service."

"The breakfast buffet was far and away the best breakfast selection I have ever seen in my entire life. From fruit to cereal to an omelette station, they had everything one could ask for. A mimosa was a great way to start my day as well. Bacon was available every day. I had a choice of points or breakfast and I was glad I chose the breakfast option. Room was ready well before my arrival time which was beautiful. Staff was terrific and the food at the bar was surprisingly reasonable. No pool at this facility. Room was great and had a great view of the Mississippi River from my bedroom window. Hotel was in a great location, well within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat although it wasn’t cheap."

"Couch was hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Kitchen sink faucet was almost inoperable. Overall, house was old and paint peeling off the doors and walls. Not worth the money we spent on our stay."
