"The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....

"We had a great experience at Santhiya. The facilities were very nice and the staff very friendly. The resort offered many great activities around the island. The island was beautiful to explore on bike as well. We loved the food as well and the many options they had. It was a very scenic island with breathtaking views perfect for relaxation and pictures."
"We loved our three bedroom villa, the children was playing in the private pool everyday, the staff even gave us giant inflatables to use too.
Everything about this resort was perfect, the only thing they need to improve on was breakfast time, because it seems like there is not enough tables for all the guests because there is always a wait, however once seated staff was very good and there was plenty of food options.
The resort was very quiet and not very near to anything but we only stayed here during the last few days of our holiday so we was happy to just stay at the resort.
We will definitely return again!"
