"Three days with staff not changing sheets and we only got towels cause we asked at the front desk! I WON'T BE BACK......"

"Traveled with a coworker to a conference so we shared a room and booked two (2) beds. When we arrived at the hotel they only had a room with one (1) king bed. Just disrespectful and disappointing. We immediately checked out and the guy at the front desk was very helpful but he was unable to refund us without his managers permission. When we called the next day the manager wasn’t available and the day after we managed to get in contact and he denied everything and refused to help. I would not recommend anyone stay...
