"It was my birthday weekend and there happened to be a huge snow storm. Parking was tough because of that but otherwise everything was great. The restaurant crew was amazing! They were very accommodating and we enjoyed chatting with them. I plan on staying again! "

"Wonderful hotel, very atmospheric with large rooms. Location is decent but parking can be a challenge if it’s busy. Note - this property is from 1834 so has no elevator and is not ADA friendly if you have a walking disability. This is more awareness than a negative since its charm is its age."

"Immaculate property within walking distance of everything you’ll want to see in Salem. Property owner was amazing. Really couldn’t ask for a better experience, stay, or location."

"Loved the house! Super cute and close to all the shops and attractions. Very clever, and the kitchen was beautiful! They have a nice deep bathtub if you are a bath taker. The breakfast is continental style which is convenient. The bed was comfortable and they have smart tvs so you can connect to your favorite streaming services! While they do warn you that the walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything, not all guests care. The first night was great, but our second night the people on the 2nd floor walked around their room all night long opening drawers and what sounded like moving furniture around! Not sure what they were doing or why, but it was so hard to sleep. The owners apologized but they aren't kidding when they say you can hear everything. "

"Very clean. Handy location. And easy parking. A few hiccups but the host got us back on track quickly. Note that while it is a full kitchen it's very tiny. Plan accordingly. Our visit was in March so the yard was full of snow. But it looks like it would be very nice in the spring and summer seasons. Back door off the kitchen goes directly to the yard. I thought the bed was a little too firm but my wife thought it was fine. Go figure. LOL"
