We stayed in the motor lodge which had a private back porch overlooking the marshes and town in the distance. Very simple, clean room, and the staff in the main house was great and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much!

John greeted us and did an amazing job letting us know what to do and where to eat. Our view was great we did have a leaking toilet and our phone chargers would not stay in the outlets making it hard to charge our phones. But they are making upgrades and making the Castle a great destination

Right up the road from downtown Gloucester and the fisherman's memorial. Staff was really friendly and my room was clean. Nice view of the river from the front of the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Gloucester.

We stayed in the lower motor lodge. It has a beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room had been recently remodeled. The staff were very friendly. It was not a fancy $$$ place but it was perfect for our needs.
