This hideaway is nestled in a peaceful residential spot - just a 15-minute stroll from Salcombe’s centre or Head down Beadon Lane for North Sands beach.

Spread across split levels, it offers spacious and comfortable home from home living and a spacious garden with views of the rolling countryside.

There is the bonus of on-site parking for one car and ample additional parking on the road.

The Space

Bedrooms
Shipshape comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms arranged over split levels:

On the mezzanine level: one double bedroom and one twin room, both overlooking the front.

On the first floor: a king-size master bedroom and an additional twin room, both with lovely views of the garden and surrounding valley.

Each bedroom includes ample storage, bedside lighting, and mirrors. A hairdryer is available in the main bedroom.

All linen and towels are included (please bring your own beach towels).

First floor: Family bathroom with a power shower over the bath, WC, and basin.

Ground floor: A sleek shower room with WC—perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

Living Space
The open-plan living area on the ground floor is bright and airy, with a comfortable sofa setup, Smart TV, DVD player, smart speaker, and patio doors opening directly to the garden. Decorated in calming neutrals with soft nautical accents, it’s the ideal space to relax and unwind.

1) The accommodation is accessed via a series of steps, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

2) Wi-fi access throughout this property.

3) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.

4) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside or in the garden or close to the property. 

5) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

6) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.

7) No pets, stag, or hen parties are permitted at this holiday home.
