"We got a double queen studio room and it was fantastic. I love the high ceilings! The rooms are large with a huge fridge, an actual stove with oven, rangehood and dishwasher. It has a huge space between the beds and the desk and TV. The dining area is also nice and spacious. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay for a month or more. Location is close to train station. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfasts were also good value. Unlike Marriott hotels, they actually provide you with lotions, shoe polisher and shower cap. I did not ask for toothbrush but I know some hotels no longer supply them. One improvement is I just wish they have a hot tub."

"The Hotel was good and the room.was very clean. The staff members were very good ,welcoming, and happy to help, especially Aysha. The kids enjoyed the lively slide in the pool. The constructions in the streets around the hotel was not very convienient in moving around and deiving, but you will find your way."

"Upon checkin we had issues with our reservation and instead of speaking to us in a “nice professional tone” I was spoken to in a matter that made us feel there was no room a available for our family. Once that was settled, we had to wait for rooms to be ready which was fine but they weren’t ready for another 3 hours. With no updates. Once we got into our rooms ( we had two) one still had tools left in the bathroom and wet cocking around the shower; no apologies were made or reason as to why the cocking was still wet and if we could shower or not. Just took the tools and left without answering our questions. Pool area was very small. And not what was all expected. Beds were very nice and comfortable - gave us a very good sleep. Check out was easy with a wonderful transportation ride to the cruise port. I definitely would not go to this hotel or recommend to any of my friends who would be staying in Miami."

"Everything was great"

"The pool was amazing as always, so were the hot tubs. The sauna was awful- not hot and in disrepair. One of the benches was broken. Overall the property could use a little tlc. There was wear and tear in the room and our bathroom door didn’t stay closed unless locked and it was off the track when we arrived. I moved it back in place. The Keurig and tea kettle was great to have. Would be nice to have a few bottles of complementary water and a few more tea bags. It would be amazing if you had larger robes too for acceptability for larger bodies. Wish there was room service for breakfast. We have stayed here a few times and I would come back just for the pool. Also would be nice if you had water, coffee and tea available in the lobby as well. "
