Staff was very helpful since you have to park your car off the site and then take a shuttle bus. Staff helped us to navigate that. The stairs were narrow as expected so travel light is the key. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night. One thing to note, when traveling in the off season you must check in and out at a different hotel down the street and a code is required at the gate to the town. "
