"The hotel is pricey considering its size and location. We do not quite enjoy our stay here for the following reasons: 1) room is so small, it can only fit one large luggage 2) nearest train station is 500m away 3) not near main shopping street 4) hotel is old 5) bed is uncomfortable with only one miserable pillow 6) staff is not attentive 7) self check in machines are slow and not working well 8) room is not clean as we have items left by previous guests on the table We are unlikely to stay here again."

"Not the closest to the Shinjuku station, but not too far to be inconvenient. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were modern and bed was comfortable. Luggage scale, WiFi box and luggage storage available in the lobby."

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3

"I wish to be fair to this hotel by noting it was purely a choice of convenience since my departing flight left Haneda at 2am. Normally I would not stay in a location like this as the sheer volume of guests coming and going at all hours and the madness of navigating a bustling airport every time I went out made me pity the staff. HOWEVER, this hotel was perfect for my needs. It was easy to reach via the Keikyu line and the Tokyo Monorail offers a scenic ride into the heart of Tokyo. Check-in lines are massive, especially if multiple flights worth of people landed and are all awaiting check-in like when I got in. I also found the automated check-in machines to be more frustrating to use than other hotels but the rooms were well sized, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I did not use any of the hotel's own amenities because it is directly connected to the Haneda Airport Garden which is one of the most incredible airport shopping experiences I've ever had. Don't miss an inch of it! The hotel is also very close to the departure gates which gave me precious extra sleep time before my early flight. If I were flying into/out of Haneda T3 and had limited time in Tokyo, I would certainly stay here again."

"Conveniently located inside the airport. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s a great option for an overnight airport stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"Everything was excellent. I already scheduled my next trip to Tokyo and I will be staying here again. Very good experience. The gentleman that cleaned the room, the ladies at the cafeteria, and the reception staff were very nice, warm and professional. The location was as a plus too."

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."
