Lovely property. Wonderful breakfast. Very nicely located for visiting all the local highlights. Very clean.
My only small complaint would be the check-in process when you have to wait till exactly 3 o’clock for someone to come in and check you in
Great staff, rooms and breakfast! Wonderful stay in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the sausages and bacon excellent. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. The complementary cheese and biscuits during happy hour was a really nice touch.
Unfortunately the decorative condition of our room let the hotel down as did the condition of the shared areas, such a shame.
Staff was wonderful. Rachel was so kind and accommodating. Beautiful location but it was the people that made the impression. Very cozy interior and lounge/ dining area. Perfect quiet weekend getaway
Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices. Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I had a great stay in the Hope Anchor hotel. A lovely warm welcoming place in a great location. My room was comfortable and charming and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough to last you through till teatime and cooked to order so fresh and tasty. Rye is an amazing place to visit and this hotel is ideally situated to enjoy it.
I was having trouble finding the hotel and the hotel staff was kind enough to stay with me on the phone, guiding me through the unfamiliar town. So kind! Would stay here again!
Lovely hotel large comfy rooms ,pillows nice and bouncy tea ,coffee and biscuits in the room nice products in the bathroom , very clean hotel only cold buffet breakfast due to a gass cooker problem but directed to the george for a cooked breakfast which was perfect would definitly book again.
