"Staff were extremely friendly but cleanliness of building was poor. The weight room equipment was bad, the eliptical was broken and had missing weights. Dinning area was very tidy and clean for breakfast though which I appreciated and food was delicious."

The lady brought a skillet and utensils when I asked. My other complaint is there was no hair dryer. The guy at the desk said they don’t have them. I haven’t taken a hair dryer to a hotel since the 90s. "

"This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement."
