"Great location. We could walk to City Walk or take the free shuttle if we were tired or lazy. It's also easy to get to the Metro down the hill and take the free shuttle up the steep hill to City Walk. Also only a few minutes by Uber to Warner Bros studio. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good enough for me (pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, charcuterie). I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Great hotel, staff super friendly, the rooms are huge and clean. The only downside is the noise coming from outside in the wee hours of the morning - fire trucks, police cars, hot rods, motorcycles. You hear them all - not sure why it happens in this location but it does. The hotel left us ear plugs on the nightstand and I now understand why they do that. But if the noise wasn't an issue, I would be coming back for sure."

"Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium."

"We were looking forward to rest and relax by the rooftop pool the second day of our stay, but there was a huge party that afternoon. (The hotel lets non-hotel guests use their pool. Had we known this, we would have stayed elsewhere.) They started setting up for the event in the morning and it was loud. We could hear it from our room. Definitely not the vibe we were hoping for. There wasn’t a coffee maker in our hotel room. It took over 30 minutes to get seated and order a coffee from the cafe...

"I stayed here with my son (17), and we absolutely loved it! The property was beautiful, the room and balcony were beautiful, and it was a convenient location. We appreciated the come-and-go self parking. The staff were so friendly and help! The room was impeccably clean and the decor was beautiful! Wonderful location to get to everything in the area within a reasonable amount of time! We will definitely stay here again!"
