"Habitación limpia. Personal atento y amable."

"We had a terrific stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic and the location is excellent! It's a very short walk to Universal Hollywood and City Walk, with continuous shuttle service throughout the day if you don't want to walk. Check- in and out was super easy, and hassle free. I will definitely return next year."

"Friendly staff, accommodated early check in, great location"

"The staff was so amazingly helpful and diligent in helping us get checked in. The hospitality was great. The room had air conditioning, TV, a microwave, and a fridge; the shower was a good size."

"Room was comfortable"

The parking lot across from the hotel is lower cost than the hotel valet and if you are willing to walk a block, even lower cost per day is possible. The hotel itself is well kept, well decorated and in a boutique style. Premium furnishings throughout.
