"As temperatures continue to rise it would be nice to have air conditioning. Not the norm throughout Essen."

"Feines Zimmer mit Bad, sauber, git erreichbar. Gerne wieder"

"Hervorragende Lage. Sehr gutes Restaurant! Sehr gute Fahrrad-Unterbringung."

"Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp"

"Great stay. Right next to the tram."

"Tolle Unterkunft. Alles tiptop"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. We loved that the breakfast area became the place where people would meet and gather and play games together."

"Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Walking distance from westfield mall and karls Erlebnis dorf"

"It was kind of pricy for the room. There was mold in the bathroom and you could smell it. It was not so cleane in the room when we got there and there were almost no good working lights. Two of the “main lights” was broken. Would not rent a room here again."

"Good hotel for a short stay"

"Pretty old place not kept updated."

"Leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal"

"Hotel was fine but I somehow managed to find a place where nobody went to bed. Really noisy from guests smoking outside and being loud in their rooms well into the early hours. I know the hotel can’t do much about who stays there."
