One of the best city Hotel where I've been. The receptionist was very efficient and nice. The room was beautiful ,very big and clean. I really loved this hotel!!

Staff were rude and charged me for 2 Breakfasts when it was stated they were free on the confirmation email. The curtains do not close on the windows so it I permanently light in the room. My Uncle tried to close the curtain in his room and it came off the rail.amd fell on to the floor. Room was okay except for this bit the staff were rude.
