"The room was clean, spacious and largely value for money. The facilities available were decent and if you are thinking of self-catering accommodation, then this is the perfect type of accommodation you need. I highly recommend it."
"We had a garden room and found it was very spacious and clean, large bathroom not often rooms exceed expectation but it was very good.
Staff were very friendly but we felt staff in the restaurant area needed direction (if they had just started this would explain it) guests were kept waiting to long for orders to be taken and service in general.
Food was average, breakfast mediocre, scrambled eggs and mushrooms had been overcooked."
"We were given a lovely big room (223) with 3 windows which all had a view of the countryside and one even had distant sea views. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the Receptionist when we arrived. There was plenty of parking available and Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney are just a short drive away. There are plenty of country walks near the hotel and we walked to Cromer and Sheringham (hard going over the "Beeston Bump" but well worth it). We ate at the hotel one night and the food was excellent as was the service and then walked (about 5 mins) to the Village Inn pub the next night where we again had an excellent meal. We would definitely stay at the Links again."
"The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!"
"Stayed one night .
Reception staff really helpful .
Staff in the dining area were good both in the evening dining and breakfast.
Good choice for breakfast .
Room was clean and the bathroom also.
Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel .
Overall very pleased with our stay ."
"A comfortable and very clean room. However, the room looked out on to the roof of Norwich FC and the noise of fans blasting away 24/7 was horrible. Found to difficult to sleep with the continual whirring sound.
Staff were quite helpful but a bit slow, lacked training. (Except for the cleaning brigade - they were really efficient.)
Breakfast was fine.
The bar had run out of both Spanish wines listed.
Stayed three nights but not sure that I'd go back."
"We travel around the uk regularly for weekends away as a couple. This was the best place that we’ve stayed in by far.
The location is great the rooms are excellent and furnished with a nice modern decor with a great shower and very comfortable bed The bar is nice and the outdoor areas to drink or eat are lovely. The room came with free breakfast meaning that it was even better value for money than we thought when booking. The staff were all really professional and very helpful. We would love to go back while the outdoor food and drink area in the courtyard was open and we plan to do so"
