"Parking was nice close to room door"

"The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was reassigned because we brought a small, 16 lb miniature dog, and had to be put in a room that was special for peoplevwith pets. We were told so the room could be specially cleaned in case of allergies. Interestingly that other people brought pets that were larger and given rooms on floors on other levels. We were traveling with family so we would have liked to have adjacent rooms. Our dog is well trained and does not have accidents, or chew on things or destroy things."

"Clean room, exercise facility was clean, breakfast was decent and parking was easy to access. This hotel shares a parking lot with Winco foods very convenient if you need to stop by the store"

"The Best Western is our go-to when we visit friends and family in Chico. It's clean, centrally located, and has an outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast includes lots of options. My kids love the waffles."

"Fantastic property! The view and sounds of the river in the backyard makes it idyllic. The house was clean and well stoked with cooking essentials. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub very enjoyable. Good working grill and nice fire pit. Overall very nice stay feeling secluded in nature. Would definitely recommend!"

"The bathroom in the rooms had a very foul sewage smell coming from it. It was difficult to use the bathroom. Also the shower heads water pressure was very low."
