"For starters, the price was very reasonable. The front desk staff were organized, efficient and customer-focused. The housekeeping folke were very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are large and airy and have the standard amenities - coffeemaker, fridge, tv & microwave. Air-conditioning worked well. On the minus side, the hotel amenities are basic. There is a complimentary breakfast and a small pool. There are no elevators for the second floor and no fitness facilities. There is one washer & drier for guest use. The "business center" has been stripped and the computers removed. The guest safes in the rooms don't work and are being removed. There's a good restaurant next door and plenty of shops and services nearby. Farmers Country Market is nearby and has all the consumables you could want!"

"Very clean and spacious. Not sure why they’re charging for parking in Roswell, NM though. Seems like parking should be included in such a rural area with plenty of parking spaces."

"The lobby was welcoming as soon as you stepped inside. It was very clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster. There were adequate dishes and cookware for a convenient stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. There was a nice variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely stay at this property again."
