Mystic Lake Casino Hotel

"Went back to Minnesota for a week. I enjoyed my stay at mystic lake casino. From the start the lady checking me in was very friendly and helpful. She asked me what I preferred. We talked for a bit. Hooked me up with a room with a nice view of the golf course. Went and made a reservation at the golf course. They were able to work with me for a tee time that worked with my schedule. I didn’t have any clubs with me. That was not a problem. They had a brand new set of Taylor made that I was able to rent. Perfect. Obviously it’s a casino so the events going on were always underway. Plenty of choices of things to do. The bathrooms are everywhere. Ate at the hop house a few times. Food was very good. The staff was very friendly. The facilities there were top of the line. Also went to the caribou for breakfast. They have everything you need there. The menu was exceptional. Parking was not a problem. You can valet for free, but depending on when you want to get your car things could be backed up at the front there. There are also two spots you can self park at. The only bad thing was the construction that took place in the morning up to early afternoon in the lobby, but in sure that will be worth it when it’s done. You have everything you need right there. Thank you for the overall enjoyable and pleasant stay."

"The hotel is the best one i have stayed at but also the most expensive one i stayed at. It was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. Room 1412 was quiet as it faced in inside. Parking is not free but 24 hours was $22, just pay the day parking because it is cheaper than paying the hotel fee of leaving and coming back."

"I don't usually write reviews I'm not gonna lie, But I had to write about the front desk host Akira & the older white gentlemen who drives the shuttle in the morning, My experience with them was AMAZING. They were so kind, answered any questions I had, showed care & patience to all members no matter their status which I admire a LOT as the night crew of other men made me very uncomfortable dismissing me & was very rude with their tone whilst giving me half answers but were kind & helpful with others who weren't of my racial background. There was one in particular who was giving an older gentle men a hard time because he didn't speak English this was on September 26th at around 4am so I hope that gets handled. But to Akira & The older white man I hope you guys have a BLESSED life."

"Complimentary breakfast was provided, several options including hot buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast in a spacious area to enjoy. Parking was very convenient and reasonable fee of $28 plus taxes - take the ticket to front desk for this rate. Drive slow and no problem negotiating the tight ramp with my CRV into the basement lot. Gym was fully equipped and clean. There is no pool. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. About 15 min walk to/from Target Center, we'll lit and plenty of pedestrian traffic and police presence to feel comfortable walking back at night after the event."
