The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. Lots of space, great lighting, very comfortable, although priced well above what it is worth, presumably due to the season. "

"Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. "I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. It’s only an 8-minute walk from Assisi train station. The location is excellent—we walked just 5 minutes to the Basilica of Santa Maria. For halal food, Alo Ali Kebab shop is right across the road, and for non-Muslims there are plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, Joy, was amazing—we already miss her! Special thanks to Diletta, you truly are my lifesaver. We will definitely stay here...
