The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. "Property was extremely clean. Comfortably fit my group of 8 adults. The deck hot tub was the biggest hot tub I have ever seen. Such a great place! Victor was extremely nice and responsive. "

"We had off the street parking which was awesome. The steps are a little tricky to get to the second floor but manageable if you're young enough, we're on our mid to late 60s. They were fine. The water heater couldn't keep up with the amount of people and we definitely had cold showers the first day.
